Breton Apartments

The project site is combined of two parcels totaling 3.81 acres in area. Designed as family housing, the project proposes approximately 15 one-bedroom units, 15 two-bedroom units, 36 three-bedroom units, and 34 four-bedroom units. Vehicular access will be provided around three sides of the building with surface parking at the ground floor. The building creates an interior courtyard spanning an area of 16,000 square feet featuring amenity areas for the community residents and public. The courtyard will feature a play area, community gardens, seating areas, and community room access for an indoor/outdoor living experience for residents. Plans reveal one multiple-family residential building consisting of three- and four-story elements and approximately 125,350 square feet of living, common/amenity, circulation, and utility areas. The residential component will yield 100 one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom units; 13 of which are reserved for lower income households. Uncovered parking for 203 vehicles will be provided off street. An approximately 1,800 square-foot fenced dog park with dog drinking fountains, and pet waste stations will be developed along with 47,486 square feet of landscaping. The residential complex will feature seven onsite bio-retention areas for drainage, totaling an area of 5,188 square feet.
